Getting started, step by step
1. Create a free account as a Farmer
Choose 'Farmer' at sign-up, then add your farm name, location and hectares in Profile. Your weather forecast and market prices follow those coordinates.
2. Add your crops and livestock as parents first
Under Crops, add the crop or field (for example 'Tomato — Block A'). Under Livestock, add each animal, or use Batches for poultry and fish. Activities are then recorded against that parent, from nursery or birth to sale.
3. Record activities as you work — even offline
Planting, spraying, feeding, labour and inputs can be captured with no signal. The app queues them and syncs automatically when you are back online.
4. Log costs, sales and photos
Enter costs and sales in ZAR or USD per entry. Add field photos so you, your team and any investor can see the work, not just the numbers.
5. Add up to 3 helpers and use Tasks
Farm Team lets you invite helpers to record operations for you. Tasks & Reminders pulls schedules from the Farming School guides so nothing is missed.
6. Read your Reports and Farm Dashboard
Yields, income, costs and net position are calculated for you, plus an estimated farm worth from land, equipment and inventory.

Order seed, chemicals and greenhouse supplies in the Store; sell produce in the Marketplace.

Field activities recorded without signal are queued on your phone and synced the moment you reconnect.
