Invest in real farming cycles
FarmInvest lists a small number of farming projects at a time — currently watermelon, chilli, greenhouse tomato, greenhouse rental and the tractor hire scheme. Each one states its minimum contribution, its cycle length and its expected return range before you commit, and each one reports back through the Investor Portal.
From US$1,000 you can find a suitable investment opportunity — sign up free to see every open project and pick the one that fits your budget.
Example: the tractor hire scheme
25 units at a US$2,000 minimum, returns from month four, capped at 40% a year, monthly profit withdrawal, and a five-year term ending in an evaluation with sale or trade-in. Full current terms, and all other projects, are shown in the Investor Portal.

How investing works
- 1Create a free account and choose the investor option.
- 2Complete identity verification (KYC) with your ID document and next of kin.
- 3Open the Investor Portal and read the current opportunities, their minimum, term and return range.
- 4Register your interest in the project and amount you want to fund.
- 5Receive the trust or conveyancing account details, with the exact amount shown in the deal currency and the equivalent in your own currency at today's rate.
- 6Pay and upload your proof. We verify it and confirm your position.
- 7Follow milestones, contracts and your running statement in the portal until payout.
What protects you
Funds through conveyancing
Investment money is paid into a trust or conveyancing account tied to the project, never into a personal account.
Written terms and statements
Every position has a contract, agreed deductions before profit share, milestone records and a downloadable statement.
Verified identities
Investors complete KYC and nominate a next of kin, so an estate can be handled properly if something happens.
Real farm records
Projects sit on farms that record their land, inputs, activities, photos and sales in the app, so progress can be checked.
Farming carries real risk. Yields and prices vary with weather, pests and markets, and returns are targets rather than guarantees. Read each project's terms in full, invest only what you can afford to leave for the full cycle, and ask us anything before you commit.
