What we look for before we list a farm to investors
30 July 2026 5 min read

Not every farm that applies gets listed. Screening is where investor risk is actually managed, long before a payout is discussed.
Land and water first
We confirm the farmer's right to use the land for the full cycle and that there is a water source that can carry the crop through the dry weeks. A crop plan without secured water does not proceed.
Agronomy and a costed plan
An agronomist reviews the crop choice for the soil, season and market window, and the budget is rebuilt line by line rather than accepted as a total.
Records are a condition, not a bonus
Listed projects capture inputs, labour and sales in the app. That is how milestone updates and statements can be produced at all, and it is what you rely on as an investor.
Ready for the next step?
Farming and investing both go better with clear numbers. Start where it suits you.
